Setup / Onboarding
All new member firms are invited to an introductory, day long masterclass. There you will get to meet other members from non competing agencies and learn the most critical aspects of running a successful land and new homes operation.
With 2 onboarding days taking place each month, we can onboard new businesses very quickly to get you up and running as soon as possible in order to tap into this lucrative market place.
Training & Support
Our indepth training doesn't end with the masterclass session and we regularly hold a series of events as part of our exclusive LNH iQ platform. With dedicated training days on specific topics such as business generation, identifying suitable sites, winning new homes business, delivering exceptional development consultancy, business planning and new homes marketing service, plus lots more. We have everything covered.
We also meet with our regions on a regular basis throughout the year to nurture and encourage wider collaboration hence our network brings together non competing businesses. However you and your staff want to learn this valuable area of the business we have it covered - video, podcast, webinar, training days, competency training through to more traditional training guides. Naturally we are always available to answer your call or email and help you turn your plans into profits.
